The Duchess arrived in a floor length pale blue gown made by one of her favorite designers Alexander McQueen. The duchess stole the limelight as she arrives the gown which featured a ruche,figure-hugging effect and a pleated skirt. The mother of three completed her evening outfit with a small clutchy bag as she walked in behind her husband ,who accompanied prime minster Theresa May into the hall.
